Earn Your Way to Roar 2026

Our hope is that every family who wants to be in Houston has a path to get there. Here's how fundraising and sponsorships can help cover the cost of attending.

​

Funds raised or secured between May 1 and August 31, 2026 will count toward your total. Once you have reached a threshold, submit your ticket purchase receipt by September 10 for reimbursement.

​

$1,000 raised or secured Receive one ticket reimbursement for every $1,000 raised. Raise $2,000, receive two reimbursements.

​

$5,000 raised or secured In addition to your ticket reimbursements, join our researchers and Scientific Advisory Board for their private dinner Tuesday evening.

​

$7,500 raised or secured In addition to your ticket reimbursements and the researcher dinner, have one hotel room stay at the Hilton Houston Plaza/Medical Center reimbursed for up to three nights.

​

Funds can be raised through personal fundraising, donor outreach, or by securing a sponsorship from a business or organization. Every dollar counts toward your total.

Help Us Find Conference Sponsors We have created a Roar 2026 Sponsorship Package as well as email templates and a list of suggested companies to reach out to. If you live outside the Houston area, we have email templates tailored to help you connect with businesses in your own community. 

​

We also encourage you to consider reaching out to your employer; workplace sponsorships are a wonderful way to get involved.
