Returns and Exchanges

At Project CASK, we value your satisfaction and aim to make your nonprofit merch shopping experience as smooth as possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is here to assist you. Please review the details below:

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Project CASK must be notified of the intention to return an item within 21 days of the purchase date and items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Products must be in their original condition:

    • Unused, unwashed, and unworn.

    • With all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Certain items, such as personalized products, are not eligible for return or exchange.               

 

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our team at shop@projectcask.org.

  • Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item(s).

 

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

 

4. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

  • If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please submit photos of the package and product to shop@projectcask.org within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests without photos can not be processed.

 

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
