Shipping and Production Estimated Guidelines
Every item in our shop is made to order through our printing partner, Printful. Before purchasing, please review the estimated shipping and production guildelines for your region.​​​​​

Thanks to Printful’s global network of printing and shipping facilities in the US, Europe, Latin America, and Asia, we are able to fulfill orders faster and more reliably than ever.
Please note that weather, holidays, and high order volumes may sometimes affect delivery times, so we appreciate your patience.


Project CASK Return & Refund Policy
At Project CASK's Liocorn Shop, every item is custom-made just for you — printed, embroidered, or stitched to order. Because of this, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, size errors, or color preference. However, we always stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if there is an issue with your order.
For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or you received the wrong product, within 7 days of delivery, please contact us at shop@projectcask.org.
Kindly include:
1. Subject line: Order Issue – [Order Number]
2. Your order number
3. A brief description of the issue and if you want a replacement or a refund
4. A photo showing the defect or misprint. See photo guidelines here.
Once reviewed, (2-3 business days) we will arrange a free replacement or a refund, depending on your preference. You will not need to return the defective item unless requested.
For Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived and the tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us at shop@projectcask.org.
Kindly include:
1. Subject line: Order Lost – [Order Number]
2. Your order number
3. A brief description and the relevant tracking ID
We will work with our fulfillment partner Printiul, to investigate and if confirmed lost, issue a replacement order at no cost to you.
For Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to our provider due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we can reship it once we receive the correct address. Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as Printful charges for a new shipment.
When Returns Are Not Accepted
Because all Project CASK's Liocorn Shop merchandise is made to order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for:
• Choosing the wrong size, color, or style
• Deciding you no longer want the product after ordering
• Minor variations in print placement or color (these are normal with custom printing)
To help ensure a great fit, please refer to the size guide linked on each product page, before purchasing.
Claim Window
All claims for misprints, damages, or lost items must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date (or estimated delivery for lost packages). Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Printful’s Photo Submission Guidelines
• For print placement issues: include a photo of the product laid flat, showing the entire item and the print placement. It is helpful to include a measuring tool (ruler or tape) to show how the print is positioned.
• For print quality issues (blurry print, missing ink, etc): include a well-lit close-up that clearly shows the affected area.
• For damaged items (mug cracked, frame broken, etc) or manufacturing defects (holes, stains, etc): include a photo of the damaged/defective part and at least part of the product’s design so it can be identified.
• For orders with multiple identical items in different sizes: show the size tag along with the item in the photo so the correct size can be verified.
• If you received the incorrect product (wrong item type/color): include a photo of the product and also show the packing slip in the same image so the item can be matched to the order.
• For size discrepancy where the tag is correct but the dimensions are off: include the size tag visible and a measuring tool photo showing the actual dimensions compared with the claim.
